ATMs

You can access cash with your BCCU Debit card at ATMs throughout the Magic City, including the Credit Union’s Office, City Hall, Municipal Court and the Birmingham Crossplex. Away from home? You can perform transactions at any MoneyPass ATM across the country.

Make Loan Payments using your Debit Card

Make payments on your BCCU auto, mortgage or personal loans using your debit card from another bank or credit union online.

Click here to begin. After you choose your login type, you’ll receive final instructions by email. Then you can select the loan(s) you’d like to pay and submit payments one at a time. You can even securely save your information to make future payments faster. Payments will be posted to the account(s) at the end of business each day if received by 3:00 pm; otherwise they’ll be posted the next business day. 

The vendor assesses a convenience fee of $5.95 for each payment.

Control your Debit Card and Prevent Fraud

Manage your debit card’s activity through our mobile app! Receive notifications whenever a purchase is made with your debit card, allowing you to monitor activity in real-time, or temporarily disable your card if needed, all from your smartphone, providing an extra layer of security against fraudulent use.

Early Pay

Unlock your money early with Early Pay. Early Pay is not a loan, but a service that allows you to access your funds from qualifying payroll or government payments up to two days early*. For example, if you usually get paid on Friday, you could see your paycheck in your account as soon as Wednesday. Click here for all details.

Mobile Deposit Capture

Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit to your account by taking pictures of the front and back of an endorsed check payable to you. The current deposit limits are $500 per check per day.

You must be a Birmingham City Credit Union member in good standing to be eligible to use Mobile Deposit Capture. Members must agree to the Mobile Deposit Capture User Agreement and be enrolled in Homebanking. Click here for all the details.

Payroll Deduction

Never miss a loan payment again, or save money for something special using payroll deduction. Just designate a portion of your paycheck to be deposited into different accounts or pay back loans automatically. It’s convenient, safe and smart.

Notary Services

A notary public is a licensed witness for the signature of items such as contracts, wills, and other documents. Birmingham City Credit Union provides this service for members at no cost during normal business hours. To have a document notarized, make sure that the document is unsigned and all signers bring photo identification such as a valid driver’s license.

Direct Deposit

Your paycheck, Social Security check, pension or government payment can be electronically deposited directly into your credit union account. Direct deposit is the safest way to receive your paycheck – it makes your money available sooner, and you’ll never have to worry about a lost or stolen check
